This is all about the super food that God has created for human beings.

This super food is rich in Essential Vitamins and Minerals that our body need especially in maintaining strong immune system to fight against sickness or diseases.

It is pretty amazing how God created everything that we need before he created mankind.He said in Genesis chapter 1 that it was good!

From the beginning God already provided what is good for us and one of that is the Barley. Its been using for Agriculture since the first people on earth exist until now at the present time and until to the end of the age.

The word Barley has been repeatedly mentioned 37 times which is very assuring that the plant has been very useful for human consumption and healing and for business as well even in the time of danger.

This has been using as food from the beginning until now because of its good health benefits of all the parts of it.

All the parts of barley is good.The leaves are good for both human and animals as it contains chlorophyll, phytochemicals,vitamins and minerals and the grains is very good for making cerals for breakfast, in making flour for making different variety of breads, soups,stews,beer and many more.

Even the husk has been using to feed on animals as well as it has a soft straws which is rich in fiber and nutritions as a complete food.

Husk and straws also serves as their soft beddings for a warmer nights.
